The cottage has more than 2300 sq ft living space and is all season. It is located on 9+ acres shared spaciously with 9 other owners. The setting is quiet and relaxed. Each unit is privately owned on the shared property. It is child and senior friendly with a safe, gentle slope to the gradual beach front property facing North East. It is in the heart of the Muskoka Region which has many cultural and historical attractions - like the antique Boat and Car Shows; Bala's Cranberry Festival after Thanksgiving Weekend; the Colour Cavalcades of Autumn; the touring mailships like the Segwun; Theatre and shows offered by local theatres like the Gravenhurst Historic Opera House; Winter Fests and Lobster Fests; Outdoor Markets and Ski Shows; Golfing Galore.   Book early.
